About Us

Jim is the president and owner of Bone Dry Products. As the owner of Prairie Shores Co., a manufacturer of wood flooring for retail store chains including Eddie Bauer, Abercrombie & Fitch, Williams-Sonoma and more than 80 other retailers, Jim realized that if moisture in the slabs of his wood flooring was not mitigated effectively, his wood flooring business could suffer, so he started Bone Dry in 2000 to create high-quality floor sealing solutions.

Bone Dry has since become a dependable and sought-after solution for concrete moisture issues within the wood and concrete flooring businesses, as well as for new builds and renovations in a diverse range of industries. With Jim’s network and his experience in the construction and flooring industries, Bone Dry Products continues to grow.

James joined our team in 2016 as a graduate of Arizona State University. James brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial project management through general contracting. His understanding of maintaining a project schedule and finding cost effective solutions to job site issues and concrete moisture concerns is greatly appreciated by our clients.

Bringing over 40 years of experience in the concrete industry, Bob has been with Bone Dry Products since 2013. Bob continues to be an asset for Bone Dry Products and for many of our clients, servicing major accounts and overseeing large scale projects.

Paul has long been an asset to Bone Dry Products, and he joined the Bone Dry Products team full time in 2018. As a former pro golfer and national sales rep for a major epoxy manufacturer, Paul has vast experience in the coatings and flooring industry, and he has incredible people skills our clients value.
