Bone Dry Pro Encapsulator is a single-component, ready-to-use surface coating designed for moisture mitigation and the prevention of black mastic migration. It is specifically formulated for older concrete slabs that have undergone chemical abatement to remove asphaltic adhesives, thereby eliminating the need for hazardous grinding on surfaces where asbestos has been chemically removed. This product is optimized for use on aged slabs following the chemical abatement of asphaltic adhesives.
