Tile, LVT, carpet and hardwood need a dry slab underneath. Bone Dry Pro seals new or existing slabs from within and flooring can go down in as little as 6 hours; Bone Dry Original does the same job on an existing slab with a garden sprayer, and Bone Dry Plus adds antimicrobial protection where mold or odor is the concern.
