Bone Dry commercial and industrial concrete sealers are penetrating sealers that fill the capillary pores of the slab and react with the free lime in the concrete to form a permanent vapor barrier inside the slab, not on top of it. There is no film on the surface, so there is nothing to peel or re-coat, and the concrete looks unchanged. Each sealer is applied with a sprayer on new or existing concrete, slab on grade, below grade or slab on deck, and the slab is ready for flooring adhesives, resinous coatings and paints once dry. Contractors and specifiers use them under carpet, vinyl, VCT, hardwood and resinous flooring in hospitals, schools, warehouses and large commercial campuses, as well as in basements and hygiene-critical facilities. Pick the sealer by the job:

Bone Dry Pro – commercial and industrial slabs. A water-based, penetrating moisture mitigation sealer sprayed the day of the pour on new concrete, or on existing slabs, with built-in antimicrobial protection and Quick Dry included for a cure in as little as 6 hours. Backed by a 25-year replacement warranty that includes labor and material to replace the finished flooring system, adhesives, and prep material.

Bone Dry Original – waterproof concrete floor sealer. A penetrating, permanent, non-toxic sealer that stops moisture vapor and concrete sweating, densifies the surface and shields the slab against salt, alkalis and oils. Applied with a standard garden sprayer; the choice for most slabs under flooring, including garages and existing floors.

Bone Dry Plus – antimicrobial basement sealer. The same permanent penetrating seal as Original with antimicrobial additives built into the formula to prevent mold, mildew and odor-causing bacteria in the pores of the slab. Made for mold-prone basements and hygiene-critical spaces such as hospitals, restaurants and food production plants.
