Epoxy, modified
Classic epoxy is hard but brittle. EM Coating combines those classic epoxy elements with strategic performance enhancements: increased flexibility, minimized shrinkage, and raised peel strength, in a scratch-resistant, VOC-free formula. The result is a clear, semi-gloss barrier that keeps floors looking new and pristine — and shrugs off the fluids that ruin ordinary surfaces.

EM Coating is engineered specifically for dry food processing, warehousing, and packaging environments — facilities where the floor has to satisfy both the sanitation audit and the forklift schedule. Spills sit on the coating instead of soaking the slab, so cleanup is a wipe rather than a remediation, and the antimicrobial formula keeps working underneath it all. Rated for light to moderate traffic.
Inside and out

The same clear coat that survives an acetone spill also handles the seasons: outdoors, EM Coating protects exposed surfaces from environmental staining and discoloration — leaf decay, dirt, water runoff — and resists seasonal weathering. It bonds to concrete and to existing sealers, and Bone Dry’s coating line extends the same protection to wood and cement surfaces.

Application

Good to know: EM Coating is a two-component product — mix Part A and Part B per the label directions and apply to clean, dry surfaces. Because it bonds to existing sealers, it’s the natural refresh coat for a slab already protected with Bone Dry: the sealer keeps handling moisture from below while EM Coating takes the abuse from above.
