Description
Advanced Bone Dry Epoxy Modified Surface Coating
Bone Dry EM Coating is a Low VOC, 2-part epoxy-modified surface coating with exceptional chemical resistance. Designed for industrial environments, it withstands exposure to manufacturing fluids, gasoline, anti-freeze, brake fluid, solvents, salts, acetone, alcohol, and standing water. Our EM coating delivers unmatched durability against scratching and forklift traffic while bonding securely to concrete and existing sealers.
What are Modified Epoxy Sealers?
Epoxy surface coats are an innovative approach to traditional sealers. Bone Dry EM Coating is engineered to increase flexibility, minimize shrinkage, raise peel strength, and provide extreme resistance in high-traffic conditions. We combine classic epoxy elements with strategic performance enhancements.
Key Advantages of Bone Dry EM Coating
- FDA 117.1390 approved for direct contact with food
- No required concrete grinding
- Excellent heat resistance
- Prevents wrinkling
- Maintains slip resistance
- Resistant to forklift traffic
- Achieves pencil hardness, surpassing 6H
- Resists gasoline, motor oil, anti-freeze, brake fluid,d and alkaline cleaners
- Contains no polyisocyanate
- Convenient spray application
Competitive Pricing Advantage
Our modified epoxy surface coating delivers exceptional value. Priced at a maximum of $0.50 per square foot versus standard epoxy systems averaging $5.50 per square foot, we provide an unmatched cost-effective solution.

Choose the premier alternative to traditional epoxy surface coating systems for affordable, long-lasting surface protection. Perfect for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, and packaging environments.
Concrete Floor Preparation
How to Apply Bone Dry EM Coating
Required Equipment:Â Power drill with mixing paddle, application tools (sprayer or roller)
Application Steps:
1. Clean concrete thoroughly, removing dust and debris
2. Powerwash surface if needed (use Bone Dry Degreaser for tough stains)
3. Mix part B into part A using a drill and paddle
Option 1: Apply using a sprayer: Apply 2 light coats. Allow the first coat to fully
dry with no white discoloration prior to applying the second coat. Product will self
level when applied. Once dry apply a second light coat.
Option 2: Apply using roller: Apply 2 coats. Roll the first coat onto the surface.
Allow the first to coat to become dry to the touch and become clear. Once dry
and clear apply the second coat.
4. Allow sealer to dry 48 hours before foot traffic
5. Wait 72 hours before vehicle traffic
6. Clean tools immediately after use
