Bone Dry Li 200 Polish is a high solid content Lithium densifier for polishing concrete. The application of Li 200 Polish will allow contractors to achieve their desired sheen quicker and with less labor. With the assistance of surface tension modifiers, this product is formulated to penetrate deep into concrete and enhance the ability to polish concrete slabs. Concrete slabs polished using Li 200 Polish will have increased hardness, abrasion resistance, water and stain resistance, ASR (Efflorescence) Protection, and an increased sheen.

How To Apply Li 200 Polish

Apply the Li 200 Polish by fully wetting the concrete slab and avoiding puddling. If puddling occurs, use a push broom to spread the product. The slab should remain wet for 10-15 minutes. Once the product has become dry to the touch, continue grinding the slab until the desired polish has been achieved.

Importance of Protecting Finished Surfaces

Any finished surfaces, such as cabinetry, glass, finished metal surfaces, and finished painted areas, must be masked off with plastic up to 2 feet from the concrete to prevent overspray from causing discoloration. Painted areas affected by overspray can be repainted to address any discoloration.
